About
Iona is an Illustrator and Artist from London, having first completed an Undergraduate in English Literature from the University of Bristol in 2019, she then went on to complete a Masters in Illustration and Visual Media from UAL: London College of Communication in 2023, graduating with distinction. She is currently a freelance illustrator and artist, working on projects ranging from illustrations for performing artists, to bespoke commissions.
Iona's passion for illustration and art came from her love of story; of Epic poetry, Shakespearean tragedy, and the childhood nostalgia evoked by a classic fairytale.
She is focused on bringing this into her work, specifically focusing on children's illustration, graphic novels, and character creation.
